I purchased some extra stickers to use. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and now they're lost. I contacted the creators and have received no response. Would not recommend based off this loss.

I have used this app for years. I switched to android several years back. I just bought a bunch of new things from the app. They will not work at all. You click to try to save a picture and it will not save. So I have spent money buying all kinds of things on this app. Now I am unable to download or use anything.
Since the update i can't save anything
Used the app for years and love it but for some reason it now doesn't let me save anything. Click the save button and nothing happens, so the app is pretty redundant to me atm. Please sort it out as I use this app for all my IG posts

I love love love the app..however, the 5 for 1 special is a mystery to use now. On Android how do I take advantage of this? It only allows me to select one at a time & purchase them individually. Help! I used to download all the time but I'm frustrated trying to figure out the glitches. Thank you!
This has been super glitchy for the last few months. Anytime I select a font or image, nothing shows up. I've been using this app for years and have spent a small fortune on it with my iPhone and now my Samsung note 20 ultra. It's very upsetting that I can't currently use it because it isn't usable. Please fix this issue.
